Mark is a former Tier One Operator and US special operations professional with over 30 years of experience in no-fail direct-action missions impacting National Security, counterterrorism operations, hostage rescue, and critical and strategic infrastructure security. Mark is an experienced special operations K9 handler and recognized expert on assault and dual-purpose K9S. The most hallowed institutions of the US Government have benefited from Mark’s integration of K9s’ into their security posture.
Mark’s overseas combat experience began in 1989 during the invasion of Panama and culminated in over a dozen deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, as well as countless other special missions across five continents as a direct-action operational member of the 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (Delta Force), where he served for over 12 years.
Since his Retirement in 2015, Mark has provided risk and crisis management services, designing physical security architecture and operations, counterterrorism consulting and training, and providing extraction and exfil services to private clients, corporations, federal, state, and local governments in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and the Caribbean region. Mark is the founder of the international humanitarian action non-profit Task Force Antal, which has distributed over $20 million in medical supplies and training in Ukraine and Afghanistan since 2021.
