Jeffrey is a U.S. Navy Veteran and an expert in international conflict resolution and cybersecurity with over 35 years of experience. He currently serves as a 13 Lines Services Senior Program Manager and Technical Advisor, overseeing and coordinating multiple transnational security contracts simultaneously. His background in military intelligence and special operations includes extensive collaboration with allied defense and intelligence agencies.
He previously served as Chief Security Officer at #AfghanEvac, working alongside the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of State, and National Security Council to help shape U.S. policy and operational strategies. He has also served as a Senior Special Advisor to the Department of Defense from 2015 to 2018. Earlier in his career, Jeffrey led a Joint Inter-Agency Task Force focused on countering transregional organized cybercrime and violent extremism, addressing national security threats, economic risks, and critical infrastructure vulnerabilities.
He is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a Defense Council Fellow at the Truman National Security Project, and a Senior Fellow at the National Security Institute’s Cyber and Tech Center. He also founded the Connected Warrior Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the quality of life for wounded Veterans by addressing PTSD and moral injury.
