Patrick is a veteran of the US Army Special Forces, where he served as a Special Forces Medical Sergeant. A graduate of the Special Operations Combat Medic Course, he qualified as an 18F and was the honor graduate of the Special Forces Sniper Course and the Apache Crew Chief Course. He is a licensed UAV pilot with extensive rotary-wing aviation experience as a FRIES/SPIES Master and Static-Line Jumpmaster.
Patrick has worked on Humanitarian medical missions in non-permissive conflict zones like Gaza and Ukraine, providing advanced trauma and emergency medical coverage for high-risk mobile security teams operating daily in active combat zones. He previously worked as a field engineer on a mining project in Alaska, using advanced software to design and implement critical infrastructure.
He has led medical operations during 20+ patient MASCAL (Mass Casualty) events, providing rapid casualty treatment, efficient patient packaging, and evacuation under high-stress conditions. His certifications include Advanced Tactical Practitioner (ATP), Emergency Medical Technician-Basic (EMT-B), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals (PEPP), Motorcycle Endorsement, Boating License, and PADI Open Water.
