Paul has served for more than 25 years as a member of the Intelligence community and F3EAD strategic advisor. He has deployed multiples times in the Global War on Terror, in Afghanistan, Iraq, Lebanon, and Africa, amongst others, and has deep knowledge of the Eastern European A.O. and Ukraine.
