James is a 18 year veteran of Special Forces Operational Detachment-Delta (Delta Force) and a 25 year veteran of Special Operations and has served as a team and troop leader with multiple deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan and Africa in support of national security missions.
While in Delta, he was responsible for the development of its vehicle interdiction training program, as well as its high mobility training program.
