Christine most recently served as a National Security Legal Advisor at U.S. Army Europe (2015-2021) for Ukraine. Her portfolio focused on international law and operational, legal planning on sensitive and complex national security plans, directly advising the 3-star commander.
Christine served in key roles on U.S. Army Europe’s Crisis Action Teams for a Non-Combatant Evacuation Operation and the Global Pandemic.
In addition, Christine served as the Army’s primary legal advisor on Ukraine, Georgia, security assistance, and cooperation matters and primary legal advisor to the Strategic Plans Directorate at the Headquarters. Before her time in Europe, Christine spent a decade in various assignments at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, as both a JAG Officer and Civilian Legal Advisor.
Prior to joining the Army in New York and the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), where she served as CFR’s Military Fellows program manager and Research Associate in National Security Policy.
